SERVICES AND PRICING

Our goal is to deliver a management product that is simple to understand, valuable

and easy to use.

ConstructiveCo will collect 8% of total monthly net rents from PREMISES in order to provide the following services:

  • Property accounting

  • Rent collection and distribution

  • Tenant relationship management

  • Maintenance request management

  • Vendor management

  • Access to Owner Portal

  • Utilities management

  • Monthly property statements

  • Lease Renewal

ConstructiveCo will collect a $500 one time Account Start Up Fee in order to provide the following services:

  • Software account & owner portal set-up

  • Utilities account set-up

  • Professional photography

  • Property Condition Report

  • Management of repairs and maintenance items

  • Digital Front Door Lock

ConstructiveCo will collect a $400 Tenant Placement Fee PER PLACEMENT which includes the following services:

  • Online marketing through all major rental syndication platforms

  • In Person Property Showings

  • Tenant Screening

  • Negotiate, generate and acquire signed lease agreement

  • Facilitate and enforce required renters insuranceUtilities

  • TransferManagement of repairs and maintenance items

  • Property Condition Report
