ConstructiveCo will collect 8% of total monthly net rents from PREMISES in order to provide the following services:

Property accounting
Rent collection and distribution
Tenant relationship management
Maintenance request management
Vendor management
Access to Owner Portal
Utilities management
Monthly property statements
Lease Renewal

ConstructiveCo will collect a $500 one time Account Start Up Fee in order to provide the following services:

Software account & owner portal set-up
Utilities account set-up
Professional photography
Property Condition Report
Management of repairs and maintenance items
Digital Front Door Lock

ConstructiveCo will collect a $400 Tenant Placement Fee PER PLACEMENT which includes the following services:
